Earth altar (south of the lumber yard, north-east of Varrock).Grab your dramen staff (or staves), and use it on each of the four elemental altars in this order: Make sure you give Oneiromancer the potion before taking the staff to the altars otherwise, nothing will happen and you will have to go back and give Oneiromancer the potion anyway. Grind the tooth with your pestle and mortar and add it in to make a waking sleep vial, and take it back to the Oneiromancer. If you accidentally grind the guam, then the ground guam works as well. The suqahs on the southern half of the island do not have this ability.Īdd your marrentill and guam to Baba Yaga's vial (after filling it with water at a sink in the town) to obtain a Guam-marr vial. The suqahs on the northern half of the island can use spells similar to Water Wave and Ice Barrage, making it impossible to safe-spot them. If you don't have marrentill and guam, suqahs also frequently drop them. Kill suqahs until one drops a suqah tooth (you could collect 4 suqah hides that are needed in later stages, but later in the quest you need to bash some more, and then they can also drop the tiara that you need, so it might be better to wait). You can also fill your vial in the house west of the bank. Before going to kill suqahs, make sure to fill up the vial with water in the sink in Baba Yaga's house. During your talk, she gives you a special vial and says you need clean guam, clean marrentill, and some ground suqah tooth to complete the potion.
